I’m a former Division I basketball athlete whose playing career was cut short after three shoulder surgeries forced me into medical retirement. While that chapter didn’t end the way I had envisioned, it ultimately shaped the coach I am today.
Going through injury, surgery, and recovery gave me a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to perform at a high level. I learned that real athletic development isn’t just about pushing harder—it’s about training with purpose, moving well, building resilience, and taking care of the body for long-term success.
That experience is now the foundation of my coaching.
Today, I’m the owner of F45 North Mission Viejo and a basketball coach at JSerra High School, where I work closely with athletes both in the weight room and on the court. Being in both environments allows me to bridge the gap between performance training and real sport application.
I’m passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential—whether that means earning the opportunity to compete at the college level or staying strong, healthy, and durable once they get there. My goal is to help athletes develop speed, strength, confidence, and the discipline needed to succeed in sport and beyond.
For college athletes, I’m committed to helping them maintain performance, manage workload, and stay healthy through intentional training and injury prevention.
This isn’t just about workouts. It’s about building athletes for the long run.
