Delanie Mann

NASM Certified, Pre/Post Natal Coach, CPR

I’m Delanie Mann, a United States Air Force veteran with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and a coach driven by discipline, passion, and purpose. I found fitness during my military service, and it quickly became more than just a workout—it became my outlet, my peace, and a huge part of my mental strength. Now, I choose it every day not only for myself, but because I love helping others build confidence, strength, and a mindset that carries far beyond the gym.

I’m CPR and NASM certified, coach at F45, and train clients of all ages and levels both privately and in public gym settings. I also hold a pregnancy and postpartum certification, inspired by watching my sister stay active through her journey. That experience showed me how powerful the right training can be, and now I’m passionate about helping women stay strong, support their core and pelvic floor, and feel confident before and after birth. Whether you’re just starting or leveling up, my goal is simple—you walk out feeling stronger, more capable, and even just 1% better than when you walked in.

I’m competitive, self-driven, and always chasing growth—whether that’s on the HYROX or DEKA floor pushing for the podium with my partner, or continuing to expand my knowledge to better serve my clients. Outside the gym, my dog Bricks keeps me moving, and I’m usually at the beach, by the pool, or planning my next workout. I didn’t always feel strong—I used to think being skinny was everything—but now I know real strength is built, earned, and felt. Show up, stay consistent, and be proud of how far you’ve come.
