Your 1 on 1 sessions can be booked with Coach Alexis Legan, who specializes in working with athletes or Coach Delanie Mann, who specializes in working with postpartum and perimenopausal women.
Both of our locations are located in Mission Viejo, CA.
Our Painted Trails location is designed for 1 on 1 training and group training up to 4 people.
Our Trabuco Hills Center location is designed for team and large group training.
