Group of 2 Training Session

Train with a partner, get strong together.

Groups of 2 training sessions are $40 per person or $80 per partnership.

Your group of 2 session can be booked with Alexis Legan, who specializes in working with athletes or Delanie Mann, who specializes in working with postpartum and perimenopausal women.

Both of our locations are located in Mission Viejo, CA.

Our Painted Trails location is designed for 1 on 1 training and group training up to 4 people. 

Our Trabuco Hills Center location is designed for team and large group training.
