Group of 3 Training Session

Train with a partner, get strong together.

Groups of 3 training sessions are $35 per person or $105 per group of 3.

Both of our locations are located in Mission Viejo, CA.

Our Painted Trails location is designed for 1 on 1 training and group training up to 4 people. 

Our Trabuco Hills Center location is designed for team and large group training.
